Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the customer domain platform, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using AWS, Azure, GCP cloud services.
• Implement and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Develop and maintain data engineering tools and scripts using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure their requirements are met.
• Implement and oversee data governance policies and practices.
• Manage release processes and ensure smooth deployment of data solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data engineering projects.
• Lead and manage a small team of data engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on AWS cloud, databases, SQL, and Python.
• Strong understanding of data engineering tools and best practices.
• Experience with marketing technology and Treasure Data CDP
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in leading a team of data engineers.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and tools.

Salary Range: $118,600 to $140,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, well consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
