In this role, you will lead a team working alongside UX, engineering, and business and marketing leadership to understand business goals, generate user insights, and translate business and user needs into highly engaging digital experiences and capabilities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in crafting and executing robust product strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with our cutting-edge digital ecosystem.
  • Leverage your analytical prowess to extract valuable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous product optimization.
  • Navigate the digital landscape with finesse, possessing in-depth knowledge of browser functionalities, especially Chrome and Safari, and a keen understanding of mobile operating systems, iOS and Android.
  • Oversee integrations for menu management, loyalty programs, and payments, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined user experience.
  • Craft and execute promotional strategies across digital channels, maximizing user engagement and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams, including Marketing, IT, and Operations, and external business partners to develop customer experience and digital capability roadmaps, and maximize the overall business impact of our digital experience and capability improvements.
  • Drive ongoing experience and capability improvements and continually update and prioritize the product roadmap based on product KPIs and metrics, customer research, and market/competitive analysis.
  • Provide strong product leadership and partner with engineering resources to drive agile product development including setting scope efficiently and effectively, prioritizing features & stories, managing progress, and defining acceptance criteria.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education:  MBA preferred—technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems. Agile certification.

Experience:

  • Years of Experience 
    • 15 - 20 years of technology or software development
    • Minimum 10 years in product management
