The HR Lead, Culture & Change Management will lead organizational transformation within Yum! Digital & Technology (D&T). This role focuses on change initiatives and aligning the organization’s culture with its strategic goals at the global level while continuing to promote Brand culture across technologists at Yum!, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and Habit Burger & Grill. The primary responsibility over the next 18-24 months will be focused on integrating Digital & Technology brand-specific teams into one cohesive organization while creating ways to ensure our Brand cultures are celebrated and interwoven into the new organization to foster an environment that supports innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
Change Leadership:
- Lead the integration of brand-specific D&T teams into a cohesive organization while preserving brand identities and sub-cultures.
- Partner with leaders in Yum! and Brands to design and implement change management strategies that align with strategic objectives.
- Act as a role model for desired behaviors and practices within the new organizational culture. Stay updated on best practices in change management.
- Partner closely with Transformation office, communications and HR leaders to align vision, strategy and tactics.
Cultural Development
- Assess organizational culture and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement programs that promote the desired culture & sub-cultures. This will include some enterprise wide cultural programs, brand specific programs and functional specific programming. This also includes programs like Yum! Experience, New Leader Assimilation and culture activities.
- Create plans and initiatives that enable our organization to sustain a positive and engaging work environment that fosters productivity, collaboration and employee satisfaction.
Communication & Engagement
- Engage employees at all levels in the D&T transformation process, ensuring that their voices are heard and their feedback is considered. This includes roundtable discussions, townhalls, surveys, new team meetings and new team assimilations.
- Communicate the vision and goals of cultural and change initiatives clearly and consistently.
- Design coach sessions and workshops to support new cultural norms and practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with D&T Leadership Team, Brand CDTOs, Brand CPO and HR directors as stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, communications, and other departments to integrate change strategies into existing processes.
- Manage resistance to change and address concerns in a constructive manner.
Measurement & Reporting
- Develop metrics to assess the impact of cultural and change initiatives.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to D&T senior leadership.
- Adjust strategies and plans based on feedback and performance data.
Continuous Improvement
- Introduce innovative approaches to culture change and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on best practices in change management and organizational development.
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10 Years+ Experience in HR, change management and/or organizational development.
- Proven experience in leading cultural or organizational change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in building out leadership capabilities and employee engagement activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Organizational Development.
- Experience in managing large-scale organizational transformations in a global technology or QSR environment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of introducing and implementing innovative approaches to culture change and employee engagement.
- Experience working in a global environment with an understanding of diverse cultural dynamics.

- Ability to assess and measure local and global cultural trends and the impact of change.

Salary Range: $122,100 to $143,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, well consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
