Remote Work: Hybrid
The Supply Chain Planning team is responsible for securing materials used in Zebra’s operations. Supply requirements are moderated by the team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to forecasted levels, inventory on order and in transit from regional distribution centers, product life-cycle, quality and special customer requirements and/or projects. The team cooperates with are Global Demand Planners, Buyers, Operations, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Helpdesk and Customer Experience Management teams.
The Demand Planner II (Supply Chain Planner II) has a key role in the team. Beside standard demand forecasting responsibilities, the person is expected to participate in continuous improvement activities of materials management processes and project management work.
This position requires hybrid work in the Lincolnshire, IL location.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop demand forecasts to keep sufficient inventory positions to support material requirements of internal or external customers
- Regularly review and adjust demand plan with internal stakeholders
- Applies Zebra’s procedures to resolve issues and mitigate constraints impacting demand plan including forecast error, at risk inventory, data errors, etc.
- Monitor past and future demand factors and model their impacts on statistical forecast baseline
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communications with key cross functional stakeholders to confirm production/shipping schedules
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Participate in cross-functional projects as a representative of the supply chain function
- Support and actively participate in deployment of supply chain model within region
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience preferably in Modeling, Forecasting, analysis and simulation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Oracle knowledge a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Salary: USD 59800.00 - USD 89800.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
