Remote Work: Hybrid
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager to join our North America Commercial Finance team. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, providing strategic financial insights, and supporting key business decisions across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and shape the financial strategy of our North American operations.
Ideally able to work on a hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL. 2-3 day in the office per week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the North America commercial division, including, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Ops, Strategy…) to support business initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes and evaluate business performance.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and external regulations.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices within the FP&A function.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in financial planning and analysis with a focus on commercial finance.
- Leadership potential with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights using BI tools (e.g., MS Power BI).
- Expertise in financial modeling (Excel, HFM), forecasting tools (e.g., SFDC or similar), and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or similar).
- No sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hybrid work availability in Lincolnshire, IL (2–3 days in office per week).
- Management or supervisory background.
- Collaborative skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: USD 136100.00 - USD 204100.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
