We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our finance order-to-cash applications team. This role involves managing a talented group of IT professionals, overseeing the development and maintenance of order-to-cash finance applications, and collaborating with business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and have a solid functional background in finance applications. The candidate should be able to understand all the key end to end order-to-cash business processes
Must be able to commute into our global headquarters in Lincolnshire, IL
No relocation package is offered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Supports functional configurations to enhance the usability and supportability of Zebra’s financial modules, which are centered around Oracle ERP and other touchpoint systems.
- Manages high achieving teams that analyze, design, and implement integration solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
- Drives innovative solutions to complex cross-functional problems, taking into consideration day-to-day operational issues.
- Gathers requirements including, process mapping, design, writing functional specifications, and coordinating testing cycles.
- Facilitates activities related to enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades.
- Works closely with PMO, QA, and Operations group in support of and delivery of information technology applications
- Works with BSAs/Developers that are part of global team
- Leads, mentors, and develops a team of IT professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Performs Business Relationship Management (BRM) activities like manage business relations and stakeholders expectations
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT or equivalent discipline with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Solid understanding of configuring/supporting ORACLE financial applications like AR, Collections, Costing, Tax, Intercompany, etc.
- Demonstrated experience buidling road maps along with strategic thought leadership in Order to Cash (Finance) area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Ability to manage and lead others
- Experience managing budgets
- Ability to apply strategic concepts for process improvement
- Demonstrated regular interactions with Senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, business units, and/or customers
- Experience with technical and leadership skills
- Advanced Degree preferred

Salary: USD 133000.00 - USD 199400.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
