Under the guidance and direction of the Senior Manager, Talent Management Process & Culture, at the global level, support organizational development strategies including talent management processes and analytics, performance management, employee listening strategy surveys, culture reinvigoration program and facilitation support for programs on the Global Learning and Leadership Roadmap.


Responsibilities:

Support may include but is not limited to:

  • Project manages the deployment of and analytics for our employee surveys in partnership with Talent Strategy Partners and vendors
  • Supports enablement for Talent Review process and ensures the accuracy of Talent Review data in collaboration with Talent Strategy Partners
  • Supports culture reinvigoration program elements including workshop rollout, Culture Connect platform engagement, activation of Culture Champion Network and culture metrics
  • Facilitates and supports Global Employee Learning programs as needed (including support for Alumni Network)
  • Conducts system training and support throughout the year on talent processes such as: goal setting, performance evaluations, talent reviews if required
  • Partners with Communications Team on Talent Management and Culture communications

Able to work hybrid from Lincolnshire, IL


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of HR experience including 3+ years of Organizational Development, Learning or Talent Management
  • 10% domestic travel

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Facilitation, consulting, communication, coaching, and influencing across organizational levels and geographies
  • Global experience

Salary: USD 75100.00 - USD 112700.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
