What youll be doing

As the Campaigns Marketing Director, North America, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement by developing and executing innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams, agencies, and partners.

What you bring to the role

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that align with business goals for the region.

    • Lead demand generation and brand awareness campaigns to increase pipeline, drive revenue growth, and achieve regional targets.

    • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and messaging.

    • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and continuously improve performance across various channels (digital, events, social media, etc.).

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with Global Integrated Marketing, product marketing, sales, customer success and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and support overall business objectives.

    • Work closely with field marketing, digital marketing, email marketing and other internal groups to ensure all groups are aligned and successfully contributing to campaign objectives. 

    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and delivery.

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute regional campaigns with excellence.

    • Drive operational efficiency and process improvements within the marketing team to streamline campaign execution.

    • Champion a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

  • Performance Measurement & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, to inform data-driven decisions.

    • Present insights, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years focused on campaigns, demand generation, or pipeline marketing.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, paid media, and social media.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement, analytics, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology industries.

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $158,000.00-$236,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
