Were looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Global Events o join our team. This is a people manager and remote role, reporting to the, Director of Global Events. Youll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement event strategies and experiences that align with Zscalers commercial goals and outcomes.
  • Manage a portfolio of events, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with regional sales enablement teams in AMS, EMEA, and APJ to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all events while tailoring them for local markets, ensuring relevance and maximizing regional impact.
  • Oversee event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality execution and use data and analytics to measure event success and inform future strategies.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on event performance.

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on large-scale, global events including Internal Events including Sales Kickoffs and Sales President Clubs.
  • 3+ years of management experience and experience working with C-level executives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, event strategy, and post-event analysis.
  • Experience working with product, sales, and marketing teams to align event goals with broader business strategies.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Google Suite experience
  • Experience managing sales enablement events across multiple regions and an understanding of global event trends.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$129,500$185,000 USD
