Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The Role
As part of the Fanatics Corporate HR organization, the Learning & Development Lead will develop and drive learning – including compliance and the Learning Management System (LMS) – across the Fanatics enterprise. We are looking for an experienced professional with a track record of leading user-centric training for organizations, including transformation projects. This person will act as an ambassador across Fanatics, understanding cultural sensitivities and ways of working to deliver content to strengthen employee understanding, build awareness and drive commitment from all stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of training for employees across core business groups spanning all areas of the business. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop a multi-modal training strategy, measure effectiveness and develop a long-term sustainment plan for learning.
Excellent language skills, both verbal and written are critical. In addition, you should be a team player with high energy and ability to adapt quickly to change. There will be periods of pressure as Fanatics continues to grow and deploy new technology; you will need to deliver to tight deadlines. Being able to balance your priorities and workload are key.
What Youll Do:
- Use best practice to create and deliver a comprehensive training program
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Outline strategy for learning paths for employee groups to include systems such as Oracle HCM and Docebo – and governance for ongoing content updates
- Gather and report feedback from relevant project owners and stakeholders to develop and adjust plans, including activities, responsibilities and success measures
- Based upon needs assessments and discussions, partner to provide solutions to meet learning needs, including train-the-trainer, design and delivery of learning content
- Understand and consult on learning programs and activities available
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills in order to design and develop selling related case studies and activities that draw out participant learning and validate skill adoption from participants
- Exhibit project management skill in developing, leading and tracking project activities
- Expert front-of-room / virtual facilitation
- Actively promotes key initiatives and acts as a change champion

What Were Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in L&D, HR or other related field
- Prior experience in instructional design/change management experience, preferably focused on building capability within a diverse employee population
- Experience with large scale HCM solutions such as Oracle, Workday or SAP
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Effective multi-tasker with strong time and project management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
