We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Chatbot team. The ideal candidate will have experience testing chatbot functionalities, ensuring quality in production environments, and creating effective test cases. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our chatbot solutions and ensuring they provide seamless customer experiences. You will play an essential role in enhancing the reliability and performance of our chatbot by identifying and resolving issues before they impact the user experience.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work closely with the development team, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements, design effective testing strategies, and ensure that new features meet quality expectations. You will also be responsible for continuously improving our QA processes and staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends in chatbot and AI technologies. Responsibilities

  • Test any new features or enhancements, including creating detailed test cases and scenarios to ensure chatbot functionality meets requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on production bots to identify and address issues that may affect user experience.
  • Review chatbot transcripts, either manually or through automated processes, to evaluate and improve overall quality and user experience.
  • Document defects, work with the development team to resolve issues, and verify that fixes are implemented successfully.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects, to implement and test workflow automation strategies.
  • Integrate AI technologies into Salesforce to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Chatbot case management, workflow optimization, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, agile methodologies, and familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills for working with remote teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification – Salesforce Admin.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like AccelQ.
  • Cross-Browser/Mobile device testing using tools such as Sauce Labs/Test Objects, Browser stack, or any similar cloud platform.
  • Knowledge of tools like Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 per year - $150,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.
